FOLDER OPTION

It is caused by virus So please scan for virus
Go to >Run > Type gpedit.msc
Then:
->User Configuration ->Administrative Templates --> Windows Components --> Windows Explorer-> Removes the Folder Options menu item from the Tools menu.
Right click:
-> Properties -> Disable ->Apply
